Rachel Chojnacki honors her brother Mortcha and sister Laya Gliksman, who were born in Belchatow in 1916 and 1920, respectively. During the war, they were sent away. “No word was ever known about them,” according to Chojnacki. Rachel notes that her brothers and sisters “were all great kids.”
