Frida Landau honors her brother Herman Weiss, who was born in Antalovce, Czechoslovakia, around 1910. When the war began, he was working as a tailor in Prague, but he was soon sent to Theresienstadt and Auschwitz. He survived the war and eventually moved to Birmingham, Alabama. Herman Weiss died around 1988. Frida remembers her brother as a good man who was kind to everyone.
